We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to join our Strategy and Planning team within the Performance Marketing organization. As a key member of this team, the Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing and executing operational processes, facilitating strategic planning, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for process improvement, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize workflow.
- Establish and maintain a governance framework across strategic Performance Marketing initiatives. (e.g. the creation of post-mortems, processes improvement docs, and single sources of truth for documentation)
- Closely monitor to Track and analyze progress on the Performance Marketing (Paid, CRM & SEO/Web) roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines, and proactively identify and address any potential roadblocks to ensure successful and timely completion.
- Project Management Support
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and timely execution of strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with the S&P team to support the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Liaise with various departments to gather data and insights for strategic planning.
- Assist in the preparation of strategic presentations and documents.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in an operations or planning role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Ability to coordinate across multiple projects at once.
- Ability to promptly establish and communicate priorities with a passion for creating structure and overcoming organizational inertia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with strategic planning methodologies and tools is a plus!

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$120,000 per year - USD$133,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$120,000 per year - USD$133,000 per year.
