Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Google Search and hybrid experience within Meta Ads. A great customer-facing personality is a must as you will be meeting with clients monthly to discuss campaign results. If you are ambitious, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital marketing, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across multiple digital platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Manage daily PPC accounts on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and various third-party sources.
  • Monitor budget and adjust bidding to achieve higher ROI and optimize overall performance.
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives across channels.
  • Draft, test, and optimize ad copy across all campaigns and channels.
  • Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery and analysis.
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising efforts, mediums, and lead-generation magnets.
  • Test and continuously analyze keywords, cost-per-click data, ad copy, and other desired metrics.
  • Set up and manage A/B testing across all ad sets and landing pages.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and strategy.
  • Work closely with third-party channels to identify new paid marketing opportunities, channel demographics, budgets, etc.
  • Collaborate with our data team to gain a better understanding of the customer sales journey and ensure PPC campaigns align with the overall marketing strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Google Ads is a must and experience with Meta Ads is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to geek out over data.
  • Ability to multitask and switch between different franchise accounts quickly.
  • Self-starter with a desire to take ideas and tasks to the next level.
  • Independent worker who thrives without constant supervision.
  • Always learning and striving to push the limits with new ideas and strategies.
  • Great customer-facing personality for monthly client meetings to discuss campaign results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
