With us, it’s a personalized journey to the best in vision and style. Select Key Responsibility Examples: Order Processing Role Order processing is the handling and following up of orders. Starting with the product order and all the way through until the customer picks up their job and is 10000% satisfied! Order processing involves filling out a lab ticket based on information provided to us by salespeople and opticians who have worked directly with the customer. Then measuring the frame dimensions from the customer’s photo, which is done on our high-end technology «Zeiss Visufit» machine. Then properly ordering lenses and frames. Daily dashboard work where we keep track of orders that were processed to ensure timely delivery and management of each individual order. Making sure orders are in order and delivered on time as promised to the customer. Working with vendors if unforeseen circumstances arise during the order fulfillment process. Working closely with in-store management and other teams to ensure success and an amazing client experience. Daily Close / Order Processing Processing daily orders Process lab ticket (enter all information provided by salesperson — status / day of promise / tray number / lens status / frames in store or call to pick up frames / frame material / amount / send to patient / notes) Research customer prescription and add to patient profile Perform Spark/Zeiss measurements (measuring the frame from the customer’s photo) Working with vendors — solving problems on orders Dashboard Following orders from start to finish. Starting with ordering the products, then making sure the order is delivered within the promised timeframe and until the job is ready. Daily processing of all invoices in the dashboard All delayed and rush invoices should be entered into the Rush/Delays orders file and reviewed daily View order processing chat when there is a message from a salesperson that a customer from whom we were expecting some information has come in, taken measurements, or added a prescription — for same-day ordering Delays File Checking RUSH/DELAYS JOBS/PROBLOMETIC JOBS as soon as you start work Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Excellent communication skills and a knack for customer service. Proactive, self-starter attitude with a team-player mindset.
