Amplify Technology, based in Scottsdale, AZ, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, this position is a unique opportunity to shape and lead marketing efforts that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and growth. The role offers a diverse range of responsibilities with a key focus on email marketing, marketing strategy development, and process optimization to enhance efficiency and impact across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Strategy
- Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns, including multi-path customer journeys and automated workflows.
- Own and refine the marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, brand positioning, and customer needs.
- Manage social media campaigns, content creation, and scheduling through Zoho—aiming to engage and grow our audience in the fintech space.
- Oversee social media strategy, balancing lead generation and brand-building initiatives.
- Develop and enhance marketing processes that improve team efficiency, collaboration, and overall performance.
- Own marketing analytics, tracking performance across all channels and providing insights to optimize future campaigns.
Event Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate logistics and registration for conferences and events where Amplify is a sponsor or exhibitor.
- Plan and execute webinars and in-person events, including Amplify’s annual conference, ensuring positive attendee experiences.
- Contribute to the development of best practices for event coordination and execution.
Branded Merchandise Management
- Collaborate with leadership on branded merchandise selection and vendor partnerships.
- Oversee product ordering, quality control, and inventory management.
- Ensure smooth integration between merchandise and finance teams for billing and payment processes.
Website Administration
- Manage and update website content via WordPress, ensuring timely and relevant updates.
- Collaborate with external vendors on major website enhancements and integration of marketing campaigns (sales funnels, landing pages, blogs, etc.).
Sales Process Support
- Partner with the Chief Growth Officer and Director of Business Development to optimize sales funnels, lead generation, and CRM processes.
- Support the sales team with smooth integration between marketing campaigns and the sales cycle.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years in a similar marketing role, with hands-on experience in email marketing, digital strategy, and campaign execution.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in marketing tools such as Zoho, WordPress, Monday (or similar project management systems), and email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp and HubSpot). Familiarity with SEO, marketing analytics, and Omnichannel Marketing is a must.
- Creative Skills: Basic graphic design and layout experience in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus to support campaign execution.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in technology, fintech, or wealth management is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, particularly for crafting content for social media, email campaigns, and event promotions in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management abilities.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally to drive results.
Key Skills:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Proficient in omnichannel marketing platforms (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot)
- Solid understanding of WordPress and website management
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus
- Tech-savvy, ideally with experience in financial services, tech, or fintech
- Strong project management skills with experience using Monday or similar tools
