We are looking for a part-time Marketing Manager to help drive our brand growth in the cabinet wholesale market. This position is 100% remote with a flexible schedule, requiring 20-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, experienced marketer who understands traditional marketing strategies, with a focus on email campaigns and direct customer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to increase brand visibility among cabinet professionals.
- Oversee email campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for engagement and conversion.
- Manage customer outreach via phone, educating potential clients about our products.
- Perform market research to identify new business opportunities within our niche market.
- Collaborate directly with the company owner to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Create compelling content for our email and website platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance, using data to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
- Handle various tasks outside direct marketing duties, demonstrating a team player attitude.
Requirements
- Highly fluent in English; Spanish speaking is a plus.
- Proven experience in marketing with a successful track record.
- Must be adept at setting up and managing email campaigns.
- Excellent phone skills, with the ability to engage and convert potential customers.
- Comfortable working with CSV files for data management.
- Experience with Square and QuickBooks is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Must be a critical thinker, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Preference for candidates in Eastern or Central Time Zones in the US.
Compensation
- BASE Hourly rate of $18.
- Performance-based bonus: 1.5% of gross sales from customers you recruit.

- Average annual customer spend: $100,000
- Larger customers might spend $1 million or more annually.
