We are looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our medical group full time in Campbell, CA. The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Clinic Director, manage leads and new patient acquisition, and help to develop active campaigns, websites, and online social media content.

We are a reputable and well-established Functional medicine clinic with special expertise in Functional Neurology, Functional Medicine and the latest Regen solutions including enhanced PRP and Nanoparticles. We have had a presence in the community for over 27 years and our current staff has a combined 50 years of experience. Some treatments that we offer include electrical treatment for pain and nerve damage symptoms, Vitamin blend therapy, rehab capacity with neuromuscular re-education and percussion circulation therapy.
Duties
- Manage leads and new patient acquisition process across product and service lines. Bring Regenerative, Men’s & Women’s Health and Rehab prospects and leads to clinic and track through stages of care. Provide ROI reporting weekly.
- Develop Websites into informative and productive marketing communication platforms capable of informing and attracting new patients.
- Develop Active Campaign patient newsletters and other written material in conjunction with Medical staff for bimonthly publishing.
- Contract and manage marketing vendors to efficiently leverage Marketing activities. Design brochures, flyers, posters, and postcards
- Create videos and CDs to augment patient offerings for support of clinic offerings - covering specific therapies and new techniques.
- Develop Regen Medicine Podcast & Webinar Content and manage distribution to target markets.
- Develop Internal Marketing programs that utilize existing patient relationships. Maintain our database and update mailing list
- Increase presence on social medial platforms especially ARM website, Facebook pages, Linked-In, etc. Produce and edit patient testimonial videos and take photos
- Total target compensation $70,000 annually which includes performance-based bonuses.
- Mon -Friday 8 am - 4 pm (may be variable due to clinic schedule)

- Functional Medicine and Nutritional support consultation sessions as appropriate
