Job Description:

anage our client's end-to-end execution of smaller-scale marketing campaigns and mandated communications. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented self-starter with a strong sense of accountability, excellent cross-functional leadership, and a passion for delivering accurate, compliant, and effective marketing materials.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns and mandated communications, including web pages, emails, and mailers.
  2. Provide strategic guidance through the development of clear, concise creative briefs.
  3. Initiate and manage projects using Workfront, our traffic management system.
  4. Gather and consolidate feedback from business partners, ensuring all inputs are accurately incorporated.
  5. Coordinate with Legal and Compliance teams to submit materials for review and consolidate edits as needed.
  6. Conduct thorough reviews of materials to ensure accuracy and completeness of revisions.
  7. Develop and maintain versioning grids and build materials to support targeted campaigns.
  8. Document implementation and reporting requirements to ensure proper execution and evaluation.
  9. Monitor translation workflows, print production, delivery timelines, and digital posting for all projects.
  10. Pull, interpret, and analyze material and campaign metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  11. Create and manage detailed project plans for larger-scale, mandated communication initiatives.
  12. Perform quality control (QC) checks across marketing assets including communications and web pages.
  13. Organize and archive final documents and kitted materials in centralized locations for access by internal teams and vendors.
  14. Communicate regularly with key stakeholders and business partners to maintain alignment and project transparency.
  15. Influence and align cross-functional teams and decision-makers to drive project success.


Required Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 7 years of relevant marketing experience.
  2. Proven ability to manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and regulatory communications.
  3. Strong strategic thinking and creative briefing capabilities.
  4. High proficiency in Workfront or similar project management systems.
  5. Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  6. Ability to influence stakeholders, align cross-functional teams, and navigate approval processes.
  7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  8. Self-motivated, accountable, and proactive in problem-solving and execution.
