Job Description:

anage our client's end-to-end execution of smaller-scale marketing campaigns and mandated communications. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented self-starter with a strong sense of accountability, excellent cross-functional leadership, and a passion for delivering accurate, compliant, and effective marketing materials.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns and mandated communications, including web pages, emails, and mailers.
  • Provide strategic guidance through the development of clear, concise creative briefs.
  • Initiate and manage projects using Workfront, our traffic management system.
  • Gather and consolidate feedback from business partners, ensuring all inputs are accurately incorporated.
  • Coordinate with Legal and Compliance teams to submit materials for review and consolidate edits as needed.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of materials to ensure accuracy and completeness of revisions.
  • Develop and maintain versioning grids and build materials to support targeted campaigns.
  • Document implementation and reporting requirements to ensure proper execution and evaluation.
  • Monitor translation workflows, print production, delivery timelines, and digital posting for all projects.
  • Pull, interpret, and analyze material and campaign metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans for larger-scale, mandated communication initiatives.
  • Perform quality control (QC) checks across marketing assets including communications and web pages.
  • Organize and archive final documents and kitted materials in centralized locations for access by internal teams and vendors.
  • Communicate regularly with key stakeholders and business partners to maintain alignment and project transparency.
  • Influence and align cross-functional teams and decision-makers to drive project success.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and regulatory communications.
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative briefing capabilities.
  • High proficiency in Workfront or similar project management systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, align cross-functional teams, and navigate approval processes.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and proactive in problem-solving and execution.
