Instagram stories/posts and Facebook posts (3 X week), Knot vendor listing maintenance, Party Slate vendor listing maintenance, TicTok, Reels, magazine submissions to D Weddings, photo requests and organization from photographers, CFW website updates (quarterly) and blog posts (2 X week). Attend events on a weekly basis in the evenings that may last till 8:00 p.m.
Wedding Coordination/Planning
Drafting up wedding say schedules, vendor lineups, wedding party schedules, calendar maintenance for brides, room block requests and confirmations, attend appts for clients that range from tastings, gown, floral, linens, etc., pick up drop off of misc. items (i.e. invites, linens, rental items), produce design decks and signage and/or wedding program collateral for clients, out of town gift bags, etc.
Administrative/Personal
Calendar maintenance, errands for CF, writing thank you notes, grocery trip for office food/beverage, etc.

Microsoft Office
Social media savvy (IG, Tiktok, Reels, Stories, Facebook)
Canva and design capabilities
Availability to work on Saturday (if applicable, 2 a month)
