Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and have the ability to communicate via various technology platforms, including e-mail and phone. The confident and outgoing Marketing and Admissions Director will be goal oriented and take pride in marketing Embassy of Lyndhursta facility that has a lot to offer. In addition, Embassy Healthcare is proud to provide caring employees that includes a comprehensive team of clinicians offering years of experience with high acuity patients and resident diversity.

The Marketing and Admissions Director will be responsible for driving sales and developing relationships, increasing market awareness with community referral sources in order to achieve business goals and provide leadership and support to our facility. In addition, duties will include, but are not limited to: maintaining knowledge of the facility products, services, acuity trends and physician relations- Know tour route, items to sell along route and train staff to conduct tours- Employ the selling process in all sales encounters leading to appropriate customer referrals- Develop relationships with growing base of referral sources, leading to consistent quality referrals- Maintain working knowledge of local market trends and competition.-Develop and implement education programs for the community in order to promote facility services.

Qualifications

  1. Proficiency in marketing strategies and techniques
  2. Experience with SEO, social media marketing, and advertising sales
  3. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and digital marketing tools
  4. Ability to create engaging content and manage marketing campaigns effectively
  5. Knowledge of B2B marketing and marketing automation systems
  6. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing data efficiently
