Amitron, a leading electronics manufacturing company, is seeking an Quality Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and preparing for on-site audits to ensure compliance with quality standards set by regulatory bodies. Additionally, this role requires the ability to implement and maintain training programs on the factory floor to ensure that all employees are aware of quality standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Manage and prepare for on-site audits to ensure compliance with quality standards set by regulatory bodies
• Implement and maintain training programs on the factory floor to ensure that all employees are aware of quality standards and best practices
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Create and maintain documentation such as process maps, procedures, and work instructions
• Communicate with all levels of the organization, from front-line employees to senior management
• Ensure that all products meet or exceed customer expectations and comply with regulatory requirements
• Drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization
   

Qualifications
 

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a job shop environment
• Strong understanding of ISO 9000, AS9000, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience in preparing and managing ISO 9000 audits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to identify areas for improvement
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and implement corrective actions
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and experience creating and maintaining documentation such as process maps, procedures, and work instructions
