Management Trainee

Vibra-Tech Engineers, Inc. is searching for a driven sales/field technician to join our team as a Management Trainee at our Nashville, Tennessee location. This position is great for self-starters who enjoy working independently but also being part of a team. This job is also a great opportunity for those who enjoy sales/service as well as meeting and talking to new people. You will also get the opportunity to work with your hands, so this is ideal for those who are mechanically minded!

Experience or degree in Earth Science, Business, Environmental Science, Construction Management or sales/technical experience is a plus. We will train the right person!

What We Offer You:

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Management Trainee you will manage and service existing clients and proactively generate leads and sales within the Nashville and surrounding areas. You will also be leading projects working with staff that are performing inspections of homes, commercial buildings and other structures as well as performing on-site seismic vibration and sound monitoring and managing on-site installation of equipment.
