In the past, we've done all-expense paid office trips to places like Costa Rica, Miami, the Bahamas, etc at the end of each year. We work extremely hard, but we play even harder because there's no point in making an amazing living if you can't live amazingly.
This is primarily a commission based job.
As an employee of a federally chartered bank, you will get instantly licensed in all 50 states. Benefits are available after 90 days.
There is no limit to how much money you can make, and you will be eligible for a promotion after 6 months, at which point there will be no limit to the growth of your team.
If 6 months is too long, justify it with outstanding sales performance, and we will get you a team of loan officers right away.

Location: Bingham Farms is an upscale city with the perfect central location. We’re ten minutes from Detroit, Royal Oak, Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, West Bloomfield, Ferndale, Beverley Hills, Commerce, and more!
The work schedule goes as follows:
Monday - Thursday: 10:30 am to 7:00 pm
Friday: 10:30 am to 5:00 pm

- The ability to cope with negativity well. In sales, only the strong survive and thrive, so you must be able to handle negativity well. Truth is, selling doesn't start until you hear the first no!
- Honesty. This is a critical personality trait we look for. Without honesty, we can't evaluate employee shortcomings and offer ways to improve, which means you won't grow to your full potential.
- Strong work ethic. Again, we don't micromanage, but that's because we only recruit salespeople who are self-driven. You won't work long hours, but you are expected to make every second count while you are on the clock.
