We are looking for a mid-level Graphic Designer with strong expertise in visual design, video editing, and AI-powered creative tools. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently producing high-quality digital content for branding, marketing campaigns, and social media platforms.

This role requires a balance of creative design skills, video production ability, and practicalexperience using modern AI tools to improve speed, creativity, and output quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create engaging social media posts, banners, advertisements, and marketing creatives
2. Design and produce short-form and long-form videos for digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
3. Edit and enhance video content including motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects.
4. Develop creative concepts aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives
5. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to execute visual storytelling strategies
6. Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all creative outputs
7. Use AI tools to enhance design, video generation, and content ideation
8. Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines with quality output
9. Stay updated with current design trends, AI tools, and digital content practices

Required Skills & Experience

1. 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing
2. Strong portfolio demonstrating design + video work (mandatory)
3. Proficiency in:

o Adobe Photoshop

o Adobe Illustrator

o Adobe Premiere Pro

o Adobe After Effects (basic to intermediate motion graphics required)

1. Strong understanding of:

o Typography

o Color theory

o Layout design

o Branding principles

AI Tools Proficiency (Required or Strong Plus)

Hands-on experience with modern AI creative tools such as:

1. AI Image Generation (Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly)
2. AI Video Tools (Runway ML, Pika Labs, CapCut AI features or similar)
3. AI-assisted design platforms (Canva AI or equivalent)
4. Basic understanding of AI-driven content workflows (scripts, visuals, enhancements)

Soft Skills

1. Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability
2. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
3. Good time management and ability to handle deadlines
4. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics
5. Team collaboration and communication skills
6. Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to new tools
