Job Overview
This is a W2 position with a flexible schedule ideally working up to 20-30 clients a week. We see clients ages 3 to adult with a variety of mental health concerns with a high trauma population. Experience with the foster care system, EMDR, or children in a therapy setting is a plus.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of therapeutic techniques, child development, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing quality care to clients.
LPCC- Our highly qualified clinical supervisor is dedicated to providing you with the supervision and support you need to move forward and manage a caseload with skill and confidence. You will have the opportunity to work towards multiple licenses and certifications without having to pay for additional supervision.
LPC, LMFT, LCSW- If you are fully licensed and now interested in becoming a Registered Play Therapist, Expressive Therapist, or learning more about art therapy, we have a highly qualified supervisor who can assist you in working towards these goals!
Duties
As a therapist, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral health issues and develop effective treatment plans.
- Conduct individual and family counseling sessions while working closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.
- Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations in a timely manner.
- Evaluates client progress and revises treatment plans as needed.
- Maintains current licensed status and, if applicable, obtains licensure as agreed upon hire
- Adapts to new developments in field through continuing education
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Must be a Licensed or Pre-Licensed with an LPC, LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Colorado
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
- A passion for working with youth of all ages (and parents), specifically seeking clinicians who enjoy working with children 3+
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with diagnostic evaluation and the ability to develop effective SMART treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Knowledge of basic computer skills: Ability to navigate the internet and basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing patient care and addressing crisis situations as needed.
