Real estate law firm in Flushing has immediate opening for an real estate loan closing paralegal.

Duties for this position include:

• Communicate with lenders, borrowers, attorneys, title companies, etc. from beginning to closings.
• Review title reports and lien search reports and clear title issues.
• Prepare CD and HUD.
• Prepare and review CEMA documents.
• Coordinate with all parties to schedule closings.
• Attend closings under the supervision of attorneys/senior paralegals.

Ideal candidates must be bright, friendly, self-motivated individuals with great attention to details. Must be able to multitask and work under stress. Heavy interaction via phone and email with borrowers, lenders, brokers, attorneys, loan officers, title companies, etc.

*One (1) + years experience in residential loan closing or related area is preferred. Salary commensurate with experience. Benefits include paid vacation and sick days, and year-end bonus based on performance.*
