LHH is recruiting for a full-time, REMOTE Senior Social Media Manager for one of our clients in the Financial Technology industry headquartered in Chicago, IL. If you thrive in dynamic environments and love turning complex topics into engaging social content, this role is for you!

Location: Remote. Candidates from the Chicago area are strongly preferred, but opportunity is open to candidates in Central and Eastern Time Zones (in United States only).

Compensation: $130K-$160K + benefits

Benefits offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, short term disability, long term disability, AD&D insurance, 401k plan, 10% annual bonus, flexible work schedule, up to 15 days of Personal Time Off is offered a year, 9 Paid Holidays, and other perks. Paid sick leave is applicable by state law.

Role Requirements:

1. 5+ years in social media management in news, media, sports, fintech/financial industries is preferred.
2. Proven success covering live events, shows, or broadcasts
3. Strong video editing skills (Cap Cut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma)
4. Experience with social content management platforms (i.e. Sprout Social or Sprinklr)
5. Analytical mindset
6. Detail-oriented, with high standards for accuracy and compliance
7. Excellent writing and voice development skills
