OSI Digital is actively looking for IT Support professionals for one of our clients at the Fountain Valley, CA location! Open to Re-Entry students, resources with background and experience in Computer information management/Computer maintenance technology looking to grow their careers in the field of IT support /seek internship. Training will be provided to the right candidates.

Role: Laptop Support Specialist

Location: Fountain Valley, CA- Onsite/in-person

Duration: Contract

Role and Responsibilities:

• Prepare laptops and work with the end users for distribution

• Troubleshoot and install laptop hardware/software

• Coordinate and work with the end users to replace the current devices with new one

• Record, report and update the asset tags of the devices

• Collaborate with the asset management team to track and collect the returned devices

• Work with the asset inventory software for return/new assigned devices

• Coordinate with the shipping department to send across new laptops

Requirements

• Bachelors/Associates degree in Computer science/IT/Information systems educational background/equivalent industry experience

• Minimum 1 year experience with device upgrades- mainly laptop refreshes

• Adept with computer installations, operating systems, Windows 10, hardware support and maintenance

• Provide technical support to end users

• Self-starter, with strong customer service, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
