What will you do as a K12 Tutoring Solutions Director for our Northeast region?

Are you someone who loves to work with school districts to build tutoring programs? You will build relationships with school districts within your region, conduct virtual presentations to school districts and prospects. You will help districts design tutoring programs that meet their needs.

Passionate about K-12 education? You will build and maintain a pipeline of interested school districts to meet your established quota. You will successfully manage and overcome prospect obstacles and objections.

Do you love to work with other departments, free from silos? You will work with customer service to create a seamless transition from sales to implementation.. You will also coordinate with marketing and others on the team.

What you will need to be successful here:

• 3-5 years of experience working at an administrative level within a school district
  • Strong background in working with school based administration to move initiatives forward
• 3-5 years of outbound-focused sales or client-facing positional experience in the education industry is preferred
  • Experience working in educational services (tutoring, professional development, etc) is a plus
• Experience working with key decision makers including district/state Superintendents, Chief Academic Officers, Directors of Curriculum and Instruction, business officials, and other district administrators and staff – top down and bottom up
• Knowledge and understanding of needs assessment principles, processes, and techniques the enable a school district to implement a tutoring intervention that meets its goals
• Ability to learn quickly and gain a thorough knowledge of the company’s products and services and how they fit into the contexts of specific districts
• Comfortable managing a high-volume of consultative sales and customer conversations
• Organized working style with strong time management skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
• Experience effectively collaborating with other team members and departments
• Strong written and verbal communication and listening skills
• Strong presentation skills with high comfort level organizing and managing important meetings
• Systems-oriented with experience utilizing Salesforce
• Resourceful self-starter with creative problem-solving skills and ownership in team culture and results
• History of success building and executing strategic plans for territories with small customer base

Base salary range is $100,000-$125,000 with commission structure in addition
