What You’ll Do

  • Learn our products, systems, and process inside-out so you can serve with confidence.
  • Follow up with warm leads who’ve already shown interest.
  • Run appointments virtually (Zoom + phone) and walk clients through options.
  • Manage communication between corporate and client—nothing slips.
  • Answer client questions and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
  • Hit key performance benchmarks that trigger promotions and bigger paychecks.
  • Stay compliant with licensing requirements (we’ll help you get licensed in 7–10 days if you’re not already).
  • Show up to weekly team calls sharp and engaged.
  • Grow your pipeline with both company-provided and self-generated leads.
  • Educate clients on products and services so they feel confident choosing you.


What It Takes

  • 3+ years sales experience preferred (but if you can close, we care more about skill than résumé).
  • Comfortable with technology—Zoom, CRMs, software, etc.
  • Strong communication skills—polished on the phone and in person.
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks and hit deadlines without excuses.
  • Customer-first mindset (but also results-driven).
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends when clients need you.
  • Must pass a background check and complete carrier contracting.
  • Life/Health license (or willingness to get licensed fast—we’ll help).
