We are seeking a highly skilled Claude Code Expert with deep experience in AI-assisted development, prompt engineering, and workflow automation using Claude (Anthropic) models. This role focuses on leveraging Claude for coding tasks, system design, documentation, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, test, and optimize advanced prompts for Claude to generate high-quality code and technical outputs
2. Build and maintain AI-assisted development workflows using Claude Code capabilities
3. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate Claude into tools, systems, and processes
4. Debug, refine, and validate AI-generated code across multiple programming languages
5. Develop internal tools, scripts, or automations powered by Claude APIs
6. Document best practices for prompt engineering and AI-assisted coding
7. Stay up-to-date with advancements in Claude models and AI development tooling
8. Evaluate performance, accuracy, and reliability of AI-generated outputs

Skills & Requirements

1. Proven experience working with Claude (Anthropic) or similar LLMs (e.g., GPT, Gemini) for coding tasks
2. Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, etc.)
3. Expertise in prompt engineering and AI output optimization
4. Experience with APIs, SDK integrations, and automation workflows
5. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and version control (Git)
6. Ability to debug and validate AI-generated code effectively
7. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
8. Excellent written communication and documentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience building AI-powered developer tools or copilots
2. Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
3. Background in machine learning or natural language processing
4. Experience with agent-based systems or autonomous workflows

Compensation

1. $10-15/hr (Based on experience and engagement type)
