We are seeking a highly skilled Claude Code Expert with deep experience in AI-assisted development, prompt engineering, and workflow automation using Claude (Anthropic) models. This role focuses on leveraging Claude for coding tasks, system design, documentation, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, test, and optimize advanced prompts for Claude to generate high-quality code and technical outputs
• Build and maintain AI-assisted development workflows using Claude Code capabilities
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate Claude into tools, systems, and processes
• Debug, refine, and validate AI-generated code across multiple programming languages
• Develop internal tools, scripts, or automations powered by Claude APIs
• Document best practices for prompt engineering and AI-assisted coding
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in Claude models and AI development tooling
• Evaluate performance, accuracy, and reliability of AI-generated outputs

Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience working with Claude (Anthropic) or similar LLMs (e.g., GPT, Gemini) for coding tasks
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, etc.)
• Expertise in prompt engineering and AI output optimization
• Experience with APIs, SDK integrations, and automation workflows
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and version control (Git)
• Ability to debug and validate AI-generated code effectively
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent written communication and documentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building AI-powered developer tools or copilots
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Background in machine learning or natural language processing
• Experience with agent-based systems or autonomous workflows

Compensation

• $10-15/hr (Based on experience and engagement type)
