Work4ce Inc is looking for an experienced recruiter to join our growing team - ideally someone who has experience working within Information Technology (IT) recruiting. Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent.
  • Utilize various tools, job boards, and social media platforms to source and screen candidates.
  • Write and post technical job descriptions
  • Administer coding tests as needed
  • Types of roles that you will be sourcing for: Cloud Engineer, Software Engineer, Software Developer, Scrum Master, Functional Engineer, and more.
  • Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and fit.
  • Prepare resumes for submission to client
  • Ensure submission documents are completed in a quality professional manner and compliant with client standards
  • Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future technical openings.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and requisition managers.
  • Oversee the recruitment process from initial sourcing through to onboarding.
  • Negotiate job offers and salaries with candidates.
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive experience.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and technologies in recruitment.
  • Generate new leads and clients using your network of contacts
  • Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals

 

Skills & Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelors or Associates Degree in related field (Human Resources, Business, I.T etc.)
  • 3-5 years’ experience as an IT Recruiter
  • Experience with various interview formats (MS Teams, Calls, In person, Google Hangouts)
  • Familiar with sourcing for candidates with programming languages and the following technologies: API, coding languages, DevOps, Cloud services (AWS, Azure), cloud engineering, software engineering, Java, UI/UX design principles, and Go-Lang.
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail is required to ensure success in responding to new requisitions
  • An understanding of the Information technology and Information management industry
  • Experience with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster and others)
  • Understanding of HR laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
  • Intermediate user of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Customer Service oriented personality
