The Influencer Outreach Coordinator is responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with social media influencers to drive brand awareness, engagement, and campaign success. **Key Responsibilities**
- Research and identify influencers whose audiences align with the brand’s target demographic and values across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
- Initiate and maintain personalized outreach to influencers via email, social media, and other channels, building strong, ongoing relationships.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, contracts, and compensation, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for influencers, providing campaign briefs, creative direction, and support throughout the partnership lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative campaign concepts and ensure influencer content aligns with brand messaging and objectives.
- Track, monitor, and report on influencer campaign performance, using data to analyze engagement, conversions, and ROI, and to inform future strategies.
- Maintain an organized CRM or database of influencer contacts, outreach status, and campaign deliverables.
- Stay current with influencer marketing trends, social media platform updates, and best practices to continually improve outreach strategies.
- Coordinate logistics such as product gifting, content deadlines, and event participation as needed.
- Prepare regular reports and insights for internal stakeholders on campaign outcomes and influencer performance.
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, outreach, or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and influencer marketing tools (e.g., GRIN, CreatorIQ, Upfluence).
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign metrics and generating actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with an understanding of content strategy and digital storytelling.
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing budgets is a plus.
- Passion for influencer culture, social media trends, and brand storytelling.
