Cousin Corporation of America is currently seeking an Illustrator/Graphic Artist to add to our growing Creative Department! The ideal candidate has a great attitude, is extremely creative, works well with deadlines and enjoys handling multiple projects. Must thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with CousinDIY brand identity.

· Must have strong understanding of various printing methods and be able to work with complicated packaging and product die lines.

· Design engaging materials for both digital platforms and print, including brochures, presentations, and project visuals.

· Ensure consistency in branding across all visual elements.

· Assist in the creation of tech packs (provide renderings with color, material and size specs)for product development to explain designs to a manufacturer so that they can turn this information into a finished product.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

· Communicate design concepts effectively and incorporate feedback.

· Stay abreast of industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies.

· Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the design team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Illustrator, preferably in consumer products.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and illustration work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
