Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. This position is not a remote opportunity.

Job Summary:
In this role, you will be supporting our lead Graphic Designer by assisting with the production of various print and digital marketing assets. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player who can bring their attention to detail and problem-solving skills to our deadline driven environment.
Direct Responsibilities:
- Use and maintain templates to fulfill sign requests from stores.
- Managing thorough communication with team members while using sign request system to fulfill signage requests.
- Produce weekly marketing materials from data input to print production and coordinating delivery to individual locations.
- Modifying design files and inputting text and images into existing templates based on specifications from the Graphic Designer or Director of Marketing.
- Maintain archive of images, photos, and historic collateral.
- Edit photographs for print and digital needs.
- Understand best printing practices, ability to prep and send files to press.
- Prepare all printed materials for delivery including laminating, cutting, and labeling.
- Troubleshoot basic printer issues.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies for print room (paper, toner, chalk markers, etc.)
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience with Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Experience with photo editing using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Ability to output designs and other requests quickly and in a timely manner.
- A passion for creating effective and consistent design materials.
- Knowledge of printing, pre-press prep, with production experience
- Experience with printers and basic troubleshooting
- A strong sense of personal project management and balancing workload to meet expected deadlines.
