We’re seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Web Developer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the digital presence of our company. As a Full Stack Web Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize websites, tools, and applications that drive engagement and support our business goals. From developing sleek, user-friendly interfaces to crafting robust backend systems, you’ll be instrumental in delivering digital solutions that elevate our brand, enhance customer experiences, and streamline internal processes. This role offers a hybrid work schedule: on-site/in-office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and remote work on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Candidates must reside in the Bay Area. This hybrid work schedule arrangement is subject to change at the company's discretion.

Key Responsibilities

· Own projects, solutions and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative

· Troubleshooting, debugging, maintain and improving existing Websites

· Developing technical documentation to guide future software/web development projects

· Producing efficient and elegant code based on requirements

· Testing and deploying programs and applications

· Collaborating with management and departments to identify end-user requirements and specifications

Skills & Qualifications

· Experience in planning and developing websites across multiple products and organizations

· Extensive knowledge of web applications, programming languages, and web services — including API, CSS, CSS3, cross-browser compatibility, HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, security principles, REST, SOAP, and web user interface design

· Advanced knowledge of e-Commerce environments, Magento 2, APIs, and MySQL. Possess a strong desire and ability to learn new skills and systems

· Experience working with and building API's Proficient with Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL and T-SQL development

· Proficiency with content management systems, including WordPress and Drupal Experience with Windows and Linux environment

· Working knowledge in SQL tuning, optimization, and data modeling

· Experience with Google Analytics and SEO tools and techniques

· Experience in developing webpages, web tools, features to support desktop and mobile devices Proactive problem-solving abilities

· Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP)

Responsibilities

· Full stack web development using PHP, JavaScript, CSS, REST API, SQL, JSON, MySQL, and Git repositories

· Builds, designs and maintain all websites and software applications

· Design, develop, deploy, and support enhancements to the web environment. This includes UI/UX elements as directed by the business.

· Code, write script, A/B test to design, configure and troubleshoot webpages for company websites Responsible for designing, coding and implementing software solutions using Microsoft SQL server & Crystal reports

· Designs assignments with web services like REST, SOAP, etc.

· Evaluates written code to ensure it meets industry standards and is compatible with all devices

· Functions as technical architect and Subject Matter Expert (SME) on enterprise related software systems

· Performs the role of the principal designer responsible for employing deep knowledge of current technology and tools, as well as relevant systems that are existing

· Works with internal clients to determine and state highly complicated business requirements and processes Performs administrative duties as well as some project management tasks

· Installs revised or new systems by proposing specifications and flowcharts; recommending optimum access techniques; coordinating installation requirements

· Maintains database performance by calculating optimum values for database parameters; implementing new releases and completing maintenance requirements

· Supports database functions by designing and coding utilities

Requirements / Experience

· 5+ years of experience in full stack web development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in modern web development technologies, including PHP, JavaScript, CSS, REST API, MySQL, JSON, and Git.

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field; relevant certifications or advanced degrees are a plus

· Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Magento 2, as well as content management systems like WordPress and Drupal

· Strong understanding of responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility standards.

· Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and optimize SQL databases, including experience with Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL

· Experience working in Agile development environments, with excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and other office equipment. Appropriate personal protective equipment will be required when visiting production areas.

Pay: $115,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
