We are supporting an award-winning financial technology firm in the search for an experienced Frontend Developer to join their engineering team.

Our client is a leading provider of front-office foreign exchange (FX) trading technology, delivering high-performance, low-latency platforms that power billions of dollars in daily transactions for global banks, brokers, and investment firms.

This is a fully remote opportunity USA offering the chance to work on mission-critical, real-time trading systems.

The Opportunity

As a Frontend Developer, you will play a key role in building and enhancing a next-generation FX trading platform. You’ll work closely with backend engineers, product managers, and end users to develop highly performant, scalable, and intuitive front-end applications.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Developing high-performance, real-time trading interfaces
2. Building advanced data visualisation components
3. Integrating seamlessly with backend services
4. Optimising low-latency, performance-critical applications
5. Contributing to architectural and technical design decisions

What We’re Looking For

1. 5+ years’ professional experience with modern React frameworks
2. Strong expertise in TypeScript
3. Experience working on real-time financial trading systems
4. Solid understanding of REST APIs
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills
6. Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Desirable:

1. Knowledge of Java
2. Knowledge of SQL
