We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Office Manager to oversee all front desk operations at our hotel/resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing a team of front desk staff, and maintaining efficient office procedures.
**Duties:**
- Supervise and train front desk staff in providing outstanding customer service
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure smooth operation of phone systems and other communication tools
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to meet guest needs
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies
- Monitor and maintain inventory of Suite Shop Supplies
- Implement and maintain hotel policies and procedures
- Oversee billing and payment processes accurately
- Administration and reconciliations of commissions to 3rd parties
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in front desk or hotel management -preferably Hilton Hotels
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management practices
- Ability to handle guest relations effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficiency in using various office software applications
