About the Role

Venchr is seeking a talented Front-End Developer to join our clients growing team and contribute to building a scalable, user-friendly platform at the forefront of innovation. You’ll collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver intuitive and visually appealing web applications. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain high-performance, responsive web applications using TypeScript, React, Next.js, and TailwindCSS.
2. Translate design mockups into interactive, user-centric interfaces.
3. Optimize the application for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
4. Build reusable components and libraries for future use.
5. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX issues efficiently.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in front-end development.
2. Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and TailwindCSS.
3. Strong understanding of responsive design, web accessibility, and UI performance optimization.
4. Experience with component libraries like Radix UI.
5. Familiarity with Agile workflows and version control tools like Git.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with content-heavy platforms or AI-related applications.
2. Basic knowledge of backend development or Python.
3. Passion for working on innovative projects that make a difference
