MPS (https://www.mpslimited.com/), a leading provider of writing and editorial services to the higher education community is now recruiting freelance editors/writers. The work involves repurposing content from print to digital using various learning activities and interactive designs. The following skills and qualifications must be demonstrated:

Must-have qualifications

• A BA or BS degree or higher in English, Composition, Rhetoric, or Technical Writing
• English speakers with an excellent grasp of grammar and good language skills
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with Adobe Acrobat
• Excellent attention to detail
• 2+ years’ experience writing or developmental editing for higher ed market

  Desirable qualifications

• Good understanding of instructional design principles

  All applicants will be required to complete a short sample for review.

  Work is project-based and remote.

  Job Types: Contract, Temporary

  Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
