Rank Lift is seeking a unicorn SEO Specialist whose idea of a fun workday includes technical audits, keyword research, content strategy, and website metrics.

This position is perfect for a self-driven independent contractor who deeply cares about purpose-driven businesses and finds fulfillment in helping these businesses optimize their website in order to tell their story and connect them to the audience that needs their services.

Successful candidates will have strong technical, analytical, and creative skills. They will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong work ethic. They will be a reliable self-starter who has the time-management skills needed to gracefully navigate multiple projects at one time.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ years experience successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns
• A deep understanding of SEO best practices and key ranking factors
• The ability to analyze website metrics to measure performance and guide content strategy
• A dedication to staying abreast of SEO industry trends
• Experience with SEO tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, ScreamingFrog, SEMRush, ahrefs, DeepCrawl, etc.
• Able to efficiently carry out common SEO tasks like competitor analysis, content gap analysis, technical SEO audit, etc.
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems like WordPress and their SEO tools like Yoast

  Great to have

• Full-stack digital marketing experience
• Sound understanding of web development process from design, to development and launch
• Link building experience
• Working knowledge of Google Data Studio
• SEO Copywriting
