Job Description:


Job title : Manager, Digital Media M&R

Location : Any US; slight preference to EST/CST

Duration: 6 months; with possible extensions


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Implement digital media measurement strategy based on measurement framework, work with Ad Ops team to ensure consistent tracking and measurement across platforms
  2. Responsible for full funnel digital media performance reporting and analysis, ensure data integrity and accuracy
  3. Design and create visualizations for enterprise marketing performance data reporting
  4. Partner with digital Strategy and Channel teams to develop actionable insights to guide media optimization
  5. Serve as subject matter expert on digital media performance analytics and related tools, both internally and externally.
  6. Perform cross channel measurement to evaluate and refine activity, including test and learn, conversion lift studies and deeper analysis
  7. Evaluate customer journeys and data signals across the customer lifecycle that will inform audience targeting and media flighting


Required Skills:

  1. A minimum of 5+ years of digital analytics experience
  2. Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  3. Proficient in MS Excel Pivot Tables
  4. Creation and maintenance of Tableau Dashboards
  5. Strong analytical skill with the ability to interpret media data and develop action plans
  6. Deep familiarity with paid digital reporting platforms (Display, Programmatic, SEM, Video, Social) including ability to navigate platforms and pull reports
  7. Strong attention to detail to perform data & reporting quality assurance work between raw and reporting datasets
  8. Knowledge in the Google Marketing Platform and Analytics suite (Google Analytics, Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Search Ads 360) and data visualization tools (Tableau / Google Data Studio / Power BI)
  9. Excellent communication skills to stakeholders of all levels


Desired Characteristics:

  1. Working knowledge of media data ETL process and programming languages such as SQL, SAS, Python
  2. Experience in Google Big Query
  3. Experience in financial industry (e.g. banking, credit cards, lending)
  4. Experience in MMM & MTA solutions
  5. Working knowledge with campaign trafficking and tagging processes and tools
  6. Working knowledge of other digital analytics platforms/tools such as Omniture, CDPs, audience management, and attribution tools
  7. Familiarity of agile processes
  8. Strong inter-personal skills, with ability to influence across cross-functional teams in a large org
  9. Motivated self-starter and team player
  10. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
