Job Responsibilities

 

Sort material, inspecting for defective product, packaging and palletizing product all while keeping your work area clean and safe. Take pride in your work product and your daily productivity. Measure your individual contributions yet enjoy a team of individuals performing a similar function. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

 

 

Requirements: Be at least 18 years old. Stand for the duration of a 8 to 12 hour shift. Pass a basic math and reading test. Provide your own Steel Toe shoes/boots. Able to work weekends. Communicate effectively. Demonstrate the ability to problem solve. Work in a fast paced environment. Lift up to 30 pounds. Bending & twisting.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $15.00 - $16.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience.
