Account Executive – PayPro Remote | 100% Commission | Full-Time


This role is primarily focused on Oklahoma, though we're open to strong candidates in other states.

The Role You'll own the full sales cycle β€” prospecting, presenting, and closing merchants on PayPro's payment solutions. Whether you close best on the phone or in person, we're flexible. Use what works. What matters is that you can do both and know when to deploy each.


What You'll Do

  1. Prospect and engage small to mid-size business owners across target verticals
  2. Run consultative conversations focused on pricing transparency and real value
  3. Present and close solutions across terminals, virtual terminals, and simple POS
  4. Manage your pipeline and report activity consistently
  5. Represent PayPro the right way β€” we win on trust, not pressure


What We're Looking For

  1. 1–3 years of sales experience in a closing role
  2. Comfortable working independently and owning your schedule
  3. Proficient in both phone and field sales β€” you know when to use each
  4. Coachable and process-driven β€” you review, adjust, and improve
  5. Payments or fintech experience is a plus, not a requirement


Compensation

  1. 100% commission, uncapped
  2. 60/40 split β€” you keep 60% of every dollar you bring in, with the opportunity to increase to 90/10.
  3. Immediately vested from day one
  4. Paid monthly
  5. Lifetime residuals β€” you get paid for the life of every account you close
