Position Overview: General Manager

As our General Manager, you'll lead all operational aspects of our FBO, including customer relations, line operations, accounting, safety, and environmental functions. Your role entails planning and coordinating general aviation services, such as fuel provision and rental services, while nurturing a positive team culture and fostering strong relationships within the airport community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop annual operating plans and budgets for the company and business units.
• Implement standardized service levels, pricing strategies, safety protocols, and staff training initiatives.
• Drive fuel volume growth through effective management of hangar occupancy and customer mix.
• Identify anchor hangar tenants to capitalize on new development opportunities.
• Monitor and optimize operational performance across business units.
• Lead hiring, training, and development efforts for staff.
• Collaborate on lease negotiations, capital expenditure management, and customer agreements.
• Cultivate positive relationships with airport authorities and local government stakeholders.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by senior management.

Qualifications:

Minimum:

• 5+ years of aviation supervisory experience
• FBO Management Experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field.
