The McMullen Cove HOA is seeking an Executive Director who will manage the day-to-day operation of the association. This individual will communicate with homeowners, the HOA Board, the management company, and vendors. The ideal candidate will have a heart for customer service, be detail-oriented, and be skilled in using and mastering various computer applications. Computer applications to be managed include the website, community social media pages, community-wide emails and texts, newsletter, and cloud-based DoorKing access control system. The Executive Director will also become familiar with the Community Covenants and Restrictions (CCRs) and By-Laws to ensure that the day-to-day operation of the HOA is consistent with these governing documents.
