Entry-Level Marketing Assistant

Chicago, IL | On-site

Full Time - Immediate Start - Extensive Training Provided

As an Entry-Level Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to the marketing team in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of various marketing activities, engaging with local consumers, distributing marketing materials, closing sales, and contributing to the overall success of marketing initiatives

Day-to-day duties:

  • Compile and analyze data to assist in the development of marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including advertising, events, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign implementation.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Handle logistical aspects, such as venue coordination, booth setup, and promotional material distribution.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and feedback through various channels, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.
  • Maintain organized files and documentation related to marketing activities.
  • Performing other general sales and marketing tasks as needed

Qualifications:

No specific work experience or degree is required, but you’ll need to be 

  • 18+ years of age and eligible to work in the USA to be considered. 
  • Sales, customer service, retail sales, hospitality, food service, or similar experience can be helpful since you’ll be working in a fast-paced environment and speaking directly with customers.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing tools.
  • Team Player spirit

Hours & Pay:

Salary is paid every week and averages between $750 - $950 per week including base pay, commissions, and bonuses.
