A children’s enrichment center is seeking an Educational Director for its Brooklyn location. The center’s goal is to enable individuals of all ages, from children to adults, as well as families, to conquer the challenges they encounter. By working collaboratively with the community, they guarantee that everyone has the chance to obtain a top-notch education, secure employment, affordable and safe housing, healthcare, and wellness initiatives.

The base pay range for this position is $72,500 - $78,000 per year. The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of the offer. Responsibilities:

• Promote the physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and linguistic growth of young children
• Oversee and bolster preschool operations
• Fostering the professional growth of educators
• Ensure the effective implementation of the curriculum and NYS Common Core Goals
• Evaluate children's advancement by fostering a culture of professional growth and development

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education or Childhood Education
• NYS Teaching Certification (Birth – 2 or N-6)
• 3 years of teaching experience
