We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven eCommerce Specialist to join our team at Molly’s Place. As an eCommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales platforms to drive revenue growth and enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the company's online sales platforms (e.g., website, marketplace accounts).
• Upload product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics, sales trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize online advertising campaigns.
• Coordinate with the inventory and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate stock levels and timely order processing.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, eCommerce best practices, and platform updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the online sales platforms.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce operations, online sales, or a related field.
• Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and marketplace accounts (e.g., Amazon, eBay).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO and SEM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset and strong organizational abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
