Summary of Position:

The Ecommerce Coordinator of the full range of products across the website. The individual must have a knowledge of designer brands, products and key trends, coupled with the understanding of customer needs to help maximize conversion and cross selling opportunities. This role is a remote opportunity and is a temporary assignment that will conclude in December 2025.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

1. Provides back-up support to the eCommerce Specialist for the creation, testing, and implementation of products & content site management
2. Provide verbal and written sample status updates as directed, including weekly status reports
3. Manage E-Commerce daily email Calendar & Event Calendar
4. Responsible for creating and communicating Product and Photo delivery Calendar
5. Manages daily communications regarding product shipments and delays
6. Analyze product information in RLM and on brahmin.com to resolve any inconsistencies and ensure the information is accurate
7. Work closely with the Customer Service team to resolve any web related issues and implement optimizations for customers
8. Help manage Yotpo, Brahmins Loyalty program, by working though reviews, questions, & visual commerce curation, and homepage updates
9. Works closely with Creative and Marketing teams to ensure all site updates are reflected on schedule
10. Analyze sales data and generate reports to inform E-commerce Manager of weekly selling trends

Essential Skills and Experience

1. Bachelor’s Degree required in related field.
2. 1 plus years of experience in an eCommerce support role preferred.
3. Proficiency with Excel.
4. Must be detail-orientated, deadline-driven, and able to multi-task with solid organizational and time-management skills.
5. Must be extremely organized and able to work in a face passed environment.
6. Must work well with cross functional teams & communicate changes quickly.
7. Highly computer literate.
8. Exceptional communication and presentation skills required.
9. Proactive and highly motivated team player.
10. Passion for luxury retail.
11. Experience in retail, eCommerce, fashion is desirable.
