We are seeking a dedicated Driver Support Agent who excels in providing high-touch customer service to our driver community. This remote role requires someone with strong communication skills, a passion for driver engagement, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. If you have experience in transportation, logistics, or a tech-enabled marketplace, and a knack for helping others succeed, this role is perfect for you.


YOUR ASSIGNMENT (should you choose us and we choose you!)


  1. Support our driver community through inbound and outbound phone outreach, ensuring that drivers feel supported, valued, and are meeting Dispatch's performance expectations.
  2. Monitor and manage network orders, ensuring that driver relationships are leveraged to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  3. Coach drivers on how to improve their experience on Dispatch, encouraging them to take on more orders and exceed performance targets.
  4. Educate drivers on product features, quality standards, and performance expectations.
  5. Listen to driver feedback, identify recurring themes, and collaborate with Product & Leadership to improve driver satisfaction and performance.

What You Bring To The Team & Dispatch


  1. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or a tech-enabled marketplace, with a proven track record of achieving productivity metrics.
  2. Analytical Skills: Ability to engage with a variety of drivers, identifying common issues and trends to remove barriers to success.
  3. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  4. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a startup environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and adapt to a rapidly changing landscape.
  5. Team Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and customer service excellence.
  6. Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify emerging business trends and recommend solutions.
  7. Preferred: Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to manage communication and effectively handle high call volume, driving conversations to fast and efficient resolutions.
