Cool Springs Plastic Surgery is seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing to increase brand awareness and improve the patient experience.
Since 1997, Cool Springs Plastic Surgery has been a leading provider of Aesthetic Services in the Greater Nashville area. Voted as a Top Cosmetic Practice and the winner of the Best of Nashville’s Award for Best Med Spa, CSPS has remained an industry leader, both surgically and non-surgically.
As a full-time, in-house Director of Marketing, you are a crucial member of our team, guiding the growth and development of the CSPS brand. You will be expected to coordinate with the social media coordinator to develop goals and marketing strategies while monitoring initiative successes. We are looking for a team player passionate about staying in tune with the latest and greatest in marketing trends, all while elevating and maintaining a well-known brand.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies to align with CSPS’ goals and initiatives.
- Cultivate new marketing initiatives, ensuring CSPS is current with trends.
- Increasing business-to-business relationships as we continue to grow our services and products.
- Provide the social media content coordinator with monthly and yearly goals, plans, and strategies for content to be published on all social media platforms.
- Hold regular meetings with non-surgical manager and practice manager to determine goals and develop a strategy that reflects those goals.
- Create reports on retention, sales, marketing, etc. that will allow providers and the practice to understand their growth and channel it into strategy for business.
- Manage website updates, including before and after photos, practice information accuracy, and integrating new service information.
- Manage patient preferences for email and text automation to create campaigns that nurture patients into conversion and sales.
- Manage office print and merchandise materials to uphold the CSPS brand.
- Work with providers to create branded marketing and sales strategies that optimize the patient journey through email, promotions, and social media.
- Maintain consistent Cool Springs Plastic Surgery “voice” and personality across multiple platforms while tailoring copy and visuals to individual marketing platforms.
- Work with the social media coordinator to write blogs, articles, and press releases regarding the services, medical providers, products, specials, and events happening at Cool Springs Plastic Surgery for the practice website.
- Create branded emails for the monthly newsletter, events, specials, and individual providers as needed.
- Task social media coordinator with designs needed for practice promotions.
- Generate, maintain, and optimize paid advertisements on social media channels and pursue paid advertisements targeting CSPS’ demographics.
- Collaborate with practice management to communicate marketing initiatives internally and externally.
- Manage the online reputation of our doctors by making updates to websites that list information about doctors in order to maintain a consistent message about their services and qualifications.
- Plan and promote goal-oriented events that promote products and services and engage Cool Springs Plastic Surgery followers
- Attend meetings with individuals about marketing and PR opportunities for the practice.
- Manage products and specials in the CSPS online store and guide updates according to trends and ROI.
- Report marketing progress, including but not limited to email, social media, paid ads, sales, and website data.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines for Cool Springs Plastic Surgery.
- Coordinate with non-surgical manager to discuss promotions, strategies, and opportunities we can use to market products and services to existing and potential patients.
- Optimize all practice marketing efforts by making data-driven decisions on when, where, and what to publish.
- Create marketing budgets annually and for individual events.
- Train and guide new providers and locations in marketing knowledge.
Skills and Qualifications
· Ten years of marketing experience with brand management, driving revenue goals, and promoting a customer-centric brand with two years in a leadership role.
· Previous experience with plastic surgery and/or aesthetic practices.
· Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
· Bachelor’s Degree in marketing.
· Experience in SEO, brand optimization, business-to-business marketing, and paid advertising.
