What ?

This position will build out the team and financial reporting function to prepare and direct the preparation and distribution of all periodic financial statements for external use. This will include :

• Drafting the S-1 for IPO filing, and revise according to SEC comments
• Preparing 10-Ks and 10-Qs, 8-Ks, proxy statements
• Collaborating with the CFO and Investor Relations
• Oversight of all technical accounting areas, including documenting accounting positions according to GAAP and ensuring PCAOB compliance in all reporting
• Working with the internal audit team to ensure reporting remains compliant with SOX

Who ?

• Minimum requirements : 10-15+ years of experience with SEC/ external financial reporting; prior experience filing a sizeable 10K (2B+)
• CPA is required
• Ability to multitask and stay organized, while meeting all non-negotiable filing deadlines
• Proactive, anticipates and avoids/mitigates problems before they arise
• Strong written & verbal communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Leadership/mentorship mentality
