This position focuses on driving digital engagement strategies that convert highly technical subject matter into clear, audience-friendly messaging. The individual in this role will oversee content development, campaign execution, and digital performance initiatives while collaborating across multiple teams. The goal is to increase visibility, strengthen market presence, and support adoption of advanced solutions through strategic communication and data-driven decision making.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Organize and maintain a structured repository of marketing assets, including technical documentation and customer-facing materials.
  2. Interpret complex subject matter and convert it into accessible and engaging digital content.
  3. Work closely with internal subject matter experts to validate messaging accuracy and alignment with guidelines.
  4. Launch and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.
  5. Support promotion of virtual sessions, industry events, and online initiatives.
  6. Track and evaluate campaign effectiveness using analytics tools and reporting insights.
  7. Monitor and respond to audience interactions across digital channels.
  8. Collaborate with commercial teams to enhance lead generation and customer outreach efforts.
  9. Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all digital communications.


QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital marketing capacity within a technical or regulated industry.
  2. Strong familiarity with social media platforms and digital distribution channels.
  3. Experience utilizing marketing technologies such as email platforms, scheduling tools, and search optimization practices.
  4. Proficiency with analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
  6. Experience with CRM systems and content development tools is advantageous.
  7. Background in healthcare, life sciences, or technical product marketing is preferred.
