My Education Solutions is hiring a Digital Marketing Office Assistant to join the team. If you thrive on social media, content writing and marketing strategy this may be the right position for you.

What you will do:This is a part time combination position of digital marketing and office assistant helping maintain the smooth operations of the office. You will only work Tuesday - Thursday from 9am to 6pm in our office building.

Marketing:

• Provide administrative and project support to CEO.
• Create & Implement Digital Marketing Strategy on Social Media and Website.
• Share Client Testimonies & Forgiveness Celebrations.
• Create videos and photos of events for online marketing.
• Writing Content Blogs and Helping with Marketing Efforts.

Office Assistant Duties:

• Front Desk Position to welcome guests & take care of hospitality side of office.
• Maintain office supplies, equipment, and marketing materials inventory.
• Responsible for MES mail pick up, disbursement & FedEx/UPS orders and deliveries.
• Coordinate, schedule and oversee planning of company culture initiatives, team Critical: MES is a High Technology Office completely electronic for all tasks.
