Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Manager will manage website content, encompassing content strategy, content development, user experience and search engine optimization (SEO) to drive visibility, engagement and acquisition.

Essential Job Duties

Partners with agency to develop organic search strategies and tactical plans to drive visibility of nyp.org and engagement with audiences on organic search
Collaborates with agency, web team, internal marketing partners and other departments to identify business and customer website needs and finds innovative solutions
Directs development of copy, images, UI/UX design and components for the hospital website
Drives customer and user focus of content and functionality across website experience
Ensures brand identity is accurately represented in all website content
Develops campaign measurement plans and selects digital KPIs
Provides regular status reports and project results to stakeholders and leadership
Oversees relationships with agency partners and manages contracts and budgets
Assist with developing and implementing digital department processes
Performs all duties inherent to managerial role. Participates in hiring, training, evaluation and termination of assigned staff according to hospital policies and procedures.
Oversee daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting that informs and supports marketing departments’ business needs.
Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements

5-7 years of experience
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Experience managing and launching Digital projects and campaigns across multiple platforms. (Web, Mobile, SEO/SEM, Paid Search, Display).
Strong knowledge of website analytics, campaign management tools and dashboard programs such as Web Trends, Google Tag Manager & Power BI.
Ability to interpret and analyze data from multiple sources across digital marketing campaigns (i.e. email, display, search, social, video, mobile) for the following criteria: open rates, click through rates, response rates, web site conversions, etc.
Analysis and interpretation of metrics and campaign results, and being able to formulate key insights and actionable recommendations.
Proficient with office productivity apps, project management systems such as Adobe Workfront, and web analytics
