Digital Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Director of Marketing and working remotely, the Digital Marketing Manager will support all aspects of Ceres Chill’s marketing efforts, including digital marketing, advertising, website management, email marketing, wholesale and retail program management.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manages daily operational activities and administration of the department.
  • Works closely with vendors and marketing agency partners.
  • Helps implement marketing communication efforts, programs and campaigns.
  • Manages email marketing system and campaigns.
  • Supports cross-functional (e.g., digital, retail, wholesale) marketing efforts.
  • Supports advertising and brand activities including print, online, electronic media, and social media.
  • Executes digital marketing initiatives to launch new and existing products and services.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Job Skill Level / Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to regularly work flexible hours, with light travel, is required.
  • Proven ability to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in digital marketing required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to communicate with individuals of varying levels of seniority and diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent writing skills including copywriting, editing and proofreading.
  • Experience working with digital and marketing agencies.
  • Some experience with tradeshow and conferences, including travel planning and managing company participation at the event.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to time manage a multitude of priorities, requests, and relationships in a positive manner; ability to work independently with limited or no supervision.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of strategic thinking, to manage the execution of key initiatives.
  • Subject-matter-expert knowledge of the Google platform and Microsoft Office applications, to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Professional & Educational Experience:

  • 5+ years related experience and/or training.
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of experience and/or training.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
