We are looking for an Assistant to support our Digital Marketing Department with an extensive knowledge of the digital landscape.


TITLE: Digital Marketing Assistant

REPORTS TO: Director of Digital Marketing

LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the core functions of the digital marketing team with emphasis on trend analysis and campaign strategy
  2. Track, analyze, and report on social media and streaming performance using tools like Chartmetric, Soundcharts, and internal dashboards for department wide communication
  3. Help oversee department wide fan page growth via our weekly team meeting - connecting with interns, admins, and overseas workers to track and store all relevant data
  4. Research and identify rising influencers, meme pages, digital tastemakers, and platform trends
  5. Help coordinate with third-party partners and vendors on influencer, meme, and content marketing campaigns
  6. Help create and organize post campaign reports, pitch decks, and internal reports for company wide comms
  7. Support basic social media optimization functions on release night across our roster in order to best showcase our songs and drive fans to stream
  8. Maintain and update APG’s website and social channels

Beneficial Experience

  1. Keynote, PowerPoint, or Google Slides fluency
  2. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar editing platforms
  3. Knowledge of digital ecosystems across TikTok, YouTube Studio, Instagram, and Discord
  4. Strong written and visual storytelling skills
  5. Highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize multiple tasks at once
  6. Familiarity with artist development and content monetization strategies

Education

  1. Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required with relevant experience

Compensation Range: $19.00 - $20.00/ hour
