Do you love tea? Ahmad Tea USA is on the lookout for a creative individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Assistant. As a key player in our marketing initiatives, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our brand in the digital sphere. Responsibilities:

1) Content Creation: Develop engaging and creative content tailored for various digital platforms such as IG, TikTok, and create assets for our website and Amazon. Embrace the getting in front of the camera for content creation like tea tastings, recipes, etc.

2) Marketing Calendar Coordination: Play a key role in developing and maintaining a comprehensive marketing calendar. Collaborate with the Ecommerce Manager and marketing agency to ensure seamless execution of promotions and campaigns.

3) Analytics and Reporting: Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on website and email campaign performance is preferred. However, if you don't have experience with these tools, we're open to teaching you how to leverage them effectively to optimize our strategies.

4) Social Media Management: Contribute to the management of social media channels, overseeing content scheduling and community engagement. Stay on top of industry trends and pop culture, providing recommendations for fine-tuning social media strategies.

5) Collaborative Campaign Development: Identify collaboration opportunities and influencers via social media. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute digital marketing campaigns.

6) Website Enhancement: Take charge of auditing website banners, creating products, updating product images, enhancing product descriptions, and monitor website speed for optimal performance.

7) Customer Service Support: Provide assistance in handling customer service emails and contribute to the creation of VIP segments, ensuring a positive and responsive customer experience. Assist in answering customer service emails and creating VIP segments.

Requirements:

Tea Lovers only! We're looking for an individual with a genuine passion for tea and a deep appreciation for the food & beverage industry. Familiarity with e-commerce and proficiency in navigating various social media platforms are essential. Please keep in mind that we're specifically looking for remote applicants that live in Texas (preferably Austin/Houston area) or Delaware. If you have a true love for tea, we'd love to have you on our team!

1) Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2) Experience: Demonstrated internship or proven experience in marketing or a related role.

3) E-commerce & Social Media: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and navigating various social medial channels (IG, FB, and TikTok).

4) Tech Savvy: Must have a reliable iPhone for creating video content and must feel comfortable in front of the camera.

5) Design Eye: Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva, Procreate, or Adobe Creative Suite to create appealing content is a plus. If you're not familiar with these tools, don't worry – we're happy to provide training on Canva specifically!

6) Tea Passion: A genuine love for tea and interested in creating tea recipes or ideas for unique tea pairings.

7) Team Player: Collaborative spirit is key. Must thrive in a small team environment and willingly lend a hand whenever needed.

8) Excellent Communicator: Must convey ideas, updates, and feedback efficiently. Familiarity with communication platforms, particularly Slack, is a plus.

9) Friendly Service: You understand the importance of customer service and are familiar with customer interactions whether through previous roles or specific training.

10) Location: US applicants only. Must reside in Delaware or Texas. Some travel might be needed for in person meetings.

Salary:

The compensation range for this position is approximately $45,000 - $55,000 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.
