Due to growth, we are adding a Developer, Data Integration to our Data Services.

The Developer, Data Integration will have a background in data integration technologies and an understanding of database systems, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data warehousing concepts. The Developer, Data Integration will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and implement data integration solutions that meet business requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity. This position will report to the manager of Data Services. The Developer, Data Integration ensures efforts are in alignment with the Data Services team to support data driven objectives and the Navitus Health Solutions Vision.

Responsibilities:

How do I make an impact on my team?

1. Design, develop, and maintain data integration processes, including ETL workflows, data pipelines, and data transformations
2. Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and understand data integration needs
3. Analyze and assess existing data integration processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
4. Develop and implement data validation and quality control measures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
5. Monitor and troubleshoot data integration processes, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner
6. Perform data profiling and data cleansing activities to ensure data quality and compliance with established standards
7. Collaborate with database administrators and IT teams to ensure the availability, scalability, and performance of data integration solutions
8. Create and maintain technical documentation, including data integration specifications, process flow diagrams, and data mappings
9. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

What our team expects from you?

1. Associate or Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
2. Strong understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and data integration tools is preferred
3. Experience in one or more data integration tools such as Informatica, Talend, or Microsoft SSIS
4. Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
5. Familiarity with data modeling concepts and data governance principles
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions
7. Understanding of data security and privacy practices
8. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) is a plus
9. Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
10. The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
