We’re looking for a storyteller. Someone who genuinely enjoys finding ways to reach audiences by creating strong, engaging and compelling content across channels. You’re a passionate creative with a strategic mind and you know that high quality work requires both attention to detail and strong strategy.

As a writer you will be responsible for translating marketing concepts into persuasive content and contribute to the development of unique content ideas across a variety of platforms. Your duties include conducting research to learn about current content trends and target audiences, participating in creative sessions to identify the best way to engage and persuade, and support the launches of marketing campaigns. You’ll know explicitly how to deliver and enhance our brand voice into the various channels that we use across the Rise Brands portfolio. Understanding how to navigate a change in nuance based on timing, audience, brand and channel is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Create content schedule in accordance with marketing activation and promotion plan
• Collaborate with marketing and creative team partners to produce content in support of team objectives
• Develop content to ensure that all creative produced follows the brand strategy, voice and value proposition for each of the brands
• Provide clear direction for design team through creative briefs, campaign storyboards and team meetings
• Innovate and experiment. Have an inspired partnership with designers to deliver content beyond traditional media and find new ways to break through.
• Research and stay up to date on the latest developments in term of content trends and consumer behavior
• Ensure consistency across all content, from websites to social media channels and videos, etc.
• Develop content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice of all content,and ensuring they are followed
• Analyze content marketing strategy to evaluate whether it's working or not.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Qualifications in Advertising, Content, Creative or related field
• College degree, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Writing samples and/or portfolio website required.
• A minimum of 3 year’s experience at brand firm, agency, in-house creative department or equivalent experience
• Working knowledge of creative production process
• Must have a keen eye for detail, while maintain the ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Self-starter with the ability to coordinate multiple assignments and projects in a fast paced environment with effective resolution of conflicting priorities
• Fun, creative, and enthusiastic about creating memorable brand experiences!

Pay: $55000 - $62000 / year
